What is Microsoft Access Database and how to use it?

Microsoft Access Database can use in many propose, it depend on your propose to keep or store your data. With the database you can arrange how the easiest way to input your data or you can view your report as you want and the report will automatically created every time you want. Microsoft Access database can work together with web page, for this purpose you will use data access page that include in your Microsoft Office packet.

The main points are you never loose your data, never write something twice. Everything you write inside database will keep and every time you can upload the same word (data) for other proposes. Database Access can interact with other office program like word and excel. Database Access can be created for many reason and proposed like the program that I have created

  2. Inventory Management: to control Inventory.
  3. Credit Control: In Distribution Company this database is used to control delay payment and credit payment.
  4. Training and Development: to support HR management so can work more efficient and reliable.
